Laptop not keepin well....because of which I'am unable to load my new cards.Some or the other problem is alwasy there in my laptop. I guess I need to chnage it now. Itz been 2 long years with it.
May be this weekend I'll try to upload new card.
And be ready for Deanne's sketch card as it will be shown on 1st September. My first card for a design team. Hey I've never been on any design team.

Too Easy Grid Tutorial

Naah, I'am not trying to copy Beate's Grid Technique , she has written an excellent tutorial. I just tried to create that grid look using my laptop, scale & scoring tool. As I dont own a Score-Pal

Here the tutorial with pictures.

1. Mark the grid lines on the back side of the sheet. And keep the sheet on laptop .

2. Using a scoring tool, mark the scores as per the grid lines. Please check here you will keep the sheet between the spacebar & next key line...to gain the space & mark the scores.

3. Mark the scores as per your grid lines.

4. Once u r done with scores...you can use stamp pads to get this effect & the grid. Have a close look..this is the front side.

Hey I'm so grateful to Deanne as she is letting me in her Card sketch team,initially I was selected in Design layout team(scrapbook) but when Deanne saw I was much better in cards as I never tried a scrapbook layout she asked me if i'll be comfortable making them or wish to go in cards sketch team..I was more than happy in going card sketch team..!!

Thanx again Deanne for taking me in your design team, its a pleasure working with such talented people & sharing the same space..!!

Well another card from my favorite Kristina’s collection. This time it is for my niece Riya, she stays in New Jersey. She’ll be turning 1 this year. And I won’t be able to meet her, so thought of sending my LOVE to her via this card.

This card has been fully inspired by Kristina’s card. Have a look in her February Blog - Cupcake. Well I tried to make it as close as possible.

Cupcake Handmade: Embossed “Happy Birthday” folder & Printed Paper (Stamping Up)
Candles: Handmade candles using Glitter pens

Instead of Coluzzle – Used Compass & scissors.(I know cirle is not that accurate)

I was trying to find colors from Kristina’s Color Inspiration # 3.
I think the colour combination looks awesome and far more better in the Pier One bedroom. It’s the first time that I’am put in my card. Since here in India I couldn’t find much colors but tried using closest colors used in the challenge.I don’t think I’ll win but atleast I’m able to place in my card in her comments section that gives me immense pleasure.
I’ve been a gr88 admirer of her work..be it any video…ribbon tying..paper star I watched it all. Didn’t miss any of her blog entries.

I've been tagged by Tejal to list 7 weird facts about myself.
Here it goes ….
1.I Hate chocolates. If sumone gifts me ….it would be there for months n months to come…unless some greedy soul eats it away.

2.I hate Pizzas…yes yes..I can have it in 3-4 months gap. Otherwise naaah not my choice.

3.I love body washes…specially those fruit flavours. If my stock gets over , then no bath for me. Don’t worry my stock will last for months n months to come.

4.I have water tunkey fitted in my eyes..if anyone says me sumthing then I can cry in seconds…& can go on n on.

5.I hate pillows..they gave me headaches.

6.I love stamping to this extent, that even after my 12-14 hours shift I can still sit an create cards with my back ache..!!

7. I love surfing for hours n hours on internet..it so much FUN…

After a long time back I’am in action…trying to be fit but because of my illness I was not keeping well. Still weakness is there. That reminds me many things which happened during this course of period..I received lovely RAK from Nikki…started on the monthly RAK by Courtney wow it was a FAB…it brought smile on my face.I’m sure if u too will have a look you will surely be jealous from me..

Wow! Was I mad...or insane when I recvd my lovely copic markers from my sister.
I felt on the top of this world...felt like creating as many cards as possible.

But nothing was cuming in my mind. I kept trying but nothing came out properly...

Wanna make u more jealous..here is snap of my markers..they are around 42 or so...my sis picked colours randomly for me..

Indeed...title suits us..we met on 12th November '2003. We have known each other since 4 years including 1 year of our marriage. And those years were beautiful in every way.

And I love making cards for him, even before marriage I use to make different cards for him. Though at that time I didn’t had much clue about splitcoaststampers. But now I love that site.

I created a lovely card this time for our 4th anniversary. We had a gr88 time…as usual on 11th night we had a cake cutting ceremony. Then next day we had a day out..had a nice lunch at
Centerstage Mall.

I simply loved this article...surely I love all of u to check this link ....send lovely postcards to Zach.He'll surely be happy to receive postacrds from all over the world.

Zach is almost 8 years old. Zach is also autistic.
Zach loves the world.....he loves hearing about different places, loves to find things on the map (and now on his "new" globe), etc

Would you be willing to send Zach a postcard? This would be something he could look forward to each day after school.......the post office where he get mail is right next to the school and he loves to open his little box with the key. It would be such a blast for him to look in that box each day with the hopes of being able to "travel" some place new without even leaving his little town (though he's just ITCHING to get out there and see the world himself!).

So......whadda ya say? Want to help put a BIG smile on this little guy's face?

Here is my take on WT123 from SCS. Well the result seemed to be quite satisfactory.The greeting was handwritten. The fishes are handrawn in the background.I added a ribbon between the two sets.

Well I'am at best at my drawings only..And I like stick stones I used it on image.

Here is my take on SC134 from SCS. I am happy how it turned out to be.I tried to make a sketch of it.
The greeting was handwritten. I added a ribbon beside the image.
